My role:
I arrange Business development and operations, market and trend studies, defined business model, target profile, etc to cover any aspect of what a business need from its birth to its growth.
We use Agile methodology and OKR’s for achieving our goals.
I own the brand and product design.

My role:
My team researched for pain points within the selling funnel of one of the biggest energetic companies in Spain.
We interviewed stake holders of a dozen departments and around 60 real customers on several focus groups. Afterwards we analyzed all the information filtering out the tactical and strategic insights on a qualitative analysis.

2016SENIOR INTERACTION DESIGNER

My role:
I designed new features using the existing interaction style and introduced improvements to the HERE WeGo App, a location service.
I did research market trends, ideation, conception, storytelling and LowFi/HiFi prototypes for mobile & web applications.
I designed the concept, mockups, animations and some snipets of the visual design. In addition i leaded the user testing with real users, filtered and analyzed their conclusions which affected the final design.
Our project aimed for becoming the most reliable transportation system for commuting deploying technology and infrastructure systems to improve reliability of travel times, and optimize routing and movement of commutes.
We developed solutions to transform data into actionable intelligence, and deliver to drivers, mobile applications and connected and/or autonomous vehicles.
We wanted to make a dramatic leap toward zero deaths on highways.

My role:
I participated as teacher in the brand new UX/UI Bootcamp at Ironhack. During a week I introduced to the students the keys about Design Thinking and User Centered Design. All those concepts were assimilated with daily exercises (group and individual) which were documented and presented.

Projects:
Analyse the existing brand attributes and designed the new vision for the launch of new products with a different target. Originally dedicated to providing services to the medical industry, Genyca is shifting to a different and wider audience.
I guided the client deciding how to make genetic services more appealing for their new audience without losing the scientific touch.
I used the results as basis to design the evolutionary vision for the brand.

Description:
A selected group of young entrepreneurs within the WFP organization participated in a Bootcamp to develop their way to solve a specific problem and explore ways to apply those solutions in other areas
Tasks:

– Guide the design process by using Design Thinking and Service Design Tools.

Automotive: Responsible of the consistency of the automotive system and their related mobile applications.
I tested HERE products and solved concept bugs by quick iterations with developers and stakeholders.
Web: Responsible for designing a new vision for here.com. I researched an updated ‘urban mobility’ scenario, which is translated in a more pleasing and worthwhile user experience.
